Brain Challenge — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brain Challenge — IQ Test mobile application (the “App”) operated by Big Dreams Group LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App provides entertainment-based IQ quizzes, results tracking, and certificate generation. IQ scores generated by the App are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a professional psychological assessment. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App, which will permanently remove your account and associated data.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers the following paid options:

• Premium Subscription: Auto-renewable monthly subscription at €2.00/month. Premium includes unlimited quizzes, unlimited certificates, no ads, and priority support.
• Single Certificate: One-time purchase at €0.50 per certificate.

Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions via your device Settings > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, quiz questions, and certificates, is the property of Big Dreams Group LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our written consent.

5. Certificates

Certificates generated by the App are for personal, entertainment use only. They do not represent any official certification, academic credential, or professional qualification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks.
• Share or distribute your account credentials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Dreams Group LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
